After the equipment has been used for a long time, many users will find leakage problems during use. The leakage failure is generally caused by the looseness of the filter tube. Therefore, it is very important to check the filter tube regularly. The key to prevent the failure of the filter tube is also I don’t care much about the internal pressure of the equipment. If the internal pressure is not exhausted in time during use, the operator will spray liquid after opening the cover. If the operation contains toxic or corrosive liquids, it will pose a safety hazard to the operator, so be sure to pay attention to the internal pressure before cleaning to ensure that the internal pressure has been completely exhausted.
The coarsening electroplating filter needs to be maintained once every 7 days. Before the maintenance, we ensure that the power switch has been completely turned off, and the staff need to wear protective clothing before they can operate.
